An investigation is continuing following a serious injury on a job site in The County last month.
On February 4, a man was seriously injured following a workplace accident and police described his injuries as critical.
One source to Quinte News suggests a man had his hand severed by a chainsaw, however, that has not been confirmed.
The Ministry of Labour says they have several outstanding orders involving Vaughn Contracting, including reporting of a critical injury of a worker to the ministry, guarding the machinery to protect workers using a chainsaw, and stopping the work until the guarding order is complied with.
No other details are known at this time.
