A Belleville man, charged with kidnapping, uttering death threats, weapons charges and others, will make a plea next week.
Adam Desbarres is set to enter a plea at the Quinte Courthouse at 9:30 Tuesday morning.
Desbarres was charged in late November 2015, after police say a woman was forcefully removed from her west-end Belleville apartment, by a man with a knife.
Investigators say the woman was found at another location, uninjured.
