Quick work by the Trent Hills fire department earlier this morning kept the town of Campbellford from overflowing with hot chocolate.
Firefighters responded to an alarm at Blommer Chocolate at 4:20 this morning.
An electrical malfunction had caused insulation surrounding an industrial tank holding chocolate syrup to catch fire.
Firefighters quickly cut the insulation away from the tank and dragged it outside where
the flames were doused.
No one was injured and damage was minor.
