Two Quebec men have been charged with stealing submerged golf balls at a course east of Napanee.
Loyalist O-P-P came across two men scuba diving in the water hazards at Camden Braes Golf Course, collecting the golf balls. They were found to have over 5000 balls from various areas. It appeared the men may have had permission to retrieve some golf balls from a list of Golf Courses in other areas, however, Camden Braes Golf Course Owner confirmed with police that the men did not have permission to collect any golf balls from his business. Police arrested and charged the two with theft under five-thousand dollars.
