CFB Trenton might be fading from the conversation, as far as the refugee intake program goes, but Loyalist College is front and centre in the discussions.
Loyalist College President Maureen Piercy was part of a recent Refugee Task Force meeting held in the Quinte Region, aimed at helping new Canadians adjust to their new home.
Piercy tells Quinte News, there are a number of ways the college could be involved.
