A Brockville man is facing charges related to indecent acts in Belleville and Napanee over the last year.
In February 2015, the Belleville Police and Napanee OPP were called after reports that a man in a dark vehicle approached women and performed indecent acts.
Earlier this month Gananoque Police obtained a search warrant for a suspect’s home.
Thirty-one-year-old Richard Kirkland has been charged with committing an indecent act.
He’s been held for a bail hearing in Napanee.
