With conditions resembling those of mid March, the Batawa Ski Club’s under 18 team competed at an Alpine Ontario Division one slalom race at Mansfield Ski Club. Top finishers for Batawa were Caroline Burchat and Kurtis Wright.
The Under 14 Batawa Tigers faced a tough 59 gate course at Blue Mountain. Icy conditions couldn’t keep Isaac Hollinger from a first place finish in the boys race. Reena Liu was second overall on the girls side with other top five finishes turned in by Batawa’s Annissa Bray and Chloe O’Boyle Kelly
