The Napanee area has seen a rash of fake American bills this year.
According to the Napanee OPP, counterfeit $20 and $50 dollar bills have popped up, since the start of 2016.
In one occurrence, officers found $780 in fake bills.
Four Mississauga residents are facing charges of possession of counterfeit currency and uttering counterfeit currency.
