A quiet end to a fairly busy year on the building scene in Belleville.
Only 22 permits for projects worth 560-thousand dollars were issued in December.
Belleville had 54-million dollars in construction projects last year, compared to 129-million in 2007.
That was the year construction of the new one-hundred-million-dollar Sills Wing at the Belleville Hospital was approved.
