A Brighton man is facing numerous traffic charges, after a tractor trailer was impounded last night near Marysville.
Around 9:00 p.m, Napanee OPP stopped a truck driver for speeding.
Upon further investigation, the 44 year old driver was also charged with failing to surrender registration, driving without proper inspection, driving under suspension, and failing to maintain a daily log.
The transport was impounded for seven days.
He appears in Napanee court next month.
