More development in the future on Belleville’s Bell Boulevard.
Belleville’s planning committee had before it tonight a rezoning application for a site at 773 and 777 Bell Boulevard.
The applicants, Shady Ridge Stock Farms Inc and Jack and Charlie Real Estate Holdings, requested a change to allow the development of the land for commercial condominium purposes.
It would be in five blocks.
There are two buildings on the site now and three more blocks would be added. In the commercial and retail development all five blocks would share common services and roadway.

Watson says it’s an indication of the continuing development action happening on Bell Boulevard.
The planning committee is recommending that city council approve the application.
