Bay of Quinte M.P Neil Ellis has been given a seat on the committee overseeing Veterans Affairs.
Ellis, who has Canada’s largest airbase in his riding, says all parties will be part of the group.
He says the Liberals have made veterans a main priority and he is looking forward to overseeing their care.
Hastings Lennox and Addington M.P Mike Bossio was named to the Environment committee, as well as Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development.
