Mixed results for our Junior “A” teams yesterday.
The OJHL’s North Division leading Marham Royals defeated the visiting Wellington Dukes 3-1. Ben Sokay with Wellington’s lone goal and Sam Tanguay stopped 37 shots. The Dukes are in Newmarket Thursday night.
The Golden Hawks pulled one out in Pickering. Mitch Emerson scored the winner at 18:33 of the third to give Trenton a 2-1 victory in Pickering. Josh Allen scored the other. The Golden Hawks are in Kingston Thursday night.
