The City of Quinte West has released the winners of its 2015 photo contest.
Below are the top three pictures.
First place: ROCK107 morning show host Justin Anderson with “The Murray Canal”
2d place winner: Tim Morris with his “The Gate at Fraser Park”
3rd place: Sean Scally and his “Sunrise at the Marina”
