Two young boys and a passerby are being credited with saving another boy from the frigid waters of Lake Ontario near Wellington..
Prince Edward County O-P-P say eleven-year-old Liam Lemoire-Drouillard, eleven-year-old Jesse Babcock and 13-year-old Clemment Babcock were taking pictures of the lake yesterday afternoon when Liam slipped into the icy waters.
Jesse ran to call for help, and was able to get the attention of David James, a passing motorist, and the trio pulled the boy to shore safely with a long tree branch.
Lemoire-Drouillard was cold but otherwise unhurt, and was released from Picton hospital after being checked over.
