This vacant land will be made into a Hamption Inn and Suits, if a permit is issued by the City of Belleville
Another hotel is going to call Belleville home in the near future.
The owner of the Pioneer Gas Station, at the corner of Wallbridge-Loyalist Road and Bell Boulevard, has submitted a building permit application, to construct a Hampton Inn and Suites.
The hotel will be on the same property as the gas station, on the east portion of the property.
If approved, the hotel would be five stories and 101 rooms.
The application was made last Thursday and the City of Belleville has given site plan approval.
No time frame has been given for when a permit would be issued.
