The controversial 45 home Lakeside Landing sub-division planned for Brighton continues to generate complaints from nearby residents.
The development is owned by the Mayor of Brighton, Mark Walas.
Residents have been concerned about water run-off on the property because of fill being dumped there.
There have been suggestions by the public that the proper municipal approvals process wasn’t followed to allow the dumping.
The project has not yet been given the go-ahead by council.
At tonights council meeting, councillors McMurray and and Martinello will give notice of motion requesting that all communications regarding the development be made public at a council meeting next month.
Mayor Walas has excused himself from any of the discussions on the sub-division.
