A Napanee man has been charged after an altercation with the O-P-P near Madoc.
Officers conducting radar on Highway seven spotted a westbound motorcycle at a high rate of speed. The driver failed to stop and was found by police at Highways 62 and seven. Forty-eight-year-old Gary Mader was arrested, and will appear in Belleville court in mid-May on charges of obstructing a peace officer, assault with intent to resist arrest, driving while under suspension, disobeying an officer directing traffic and speeding.
