Belleville, Ontario – On January 3rd, 2016, at 9:00 p.m. a male surrendered to police in regards to an assault complaint from January 2nd, 2016. In that incident a woman suffered minor injuries in her Russell Street home after she was pushed. Her cell phone was stepped on by the accused. A 25-year old Belleville man will appear in court on February 18th, 2016 on charges of assault and mischief. The woman did not require medical attention.
