An uneasy walk home for a 19-year old woman has resulted in criminal harassment charges against a 24-year old Carrying Place man. Quinte West OPP were informed the young woman was being followed from place to place overnight. The suspect, whose name wasn’t released, is being held for a bail hearing later this afternoon.
