The national media is back in Belleville today for the funeral of a mother and daughter found dead in their Prince Edward County home. Both 46-year-old Tracy Hannah and her 14-year-old daughter Whitney were found shot to death in their Valley Road home on March 12th. They will be laid to rest after services today at the John R. Bush Funeral Home. An 18-year-old man, Dean Brown of Belleville, is charged with twin counts of first-degree murder…and the attempted murder of another woman….18-year old Shannon Hannah.
