Quinte Broadcasting and its three radio stations have been honored by the Canadian Cancer Society. The Ontario Corporate Partner Award recognizes the employees and company for efforts in raising funds for cancer research and involvement in programs and services. The local Canadian Cancer Society Branch manager Heather Gray says Quinte Broadcasting worked hard with the society to create a marketing approach for the Wheels of Hope campaign and without their support and promotion the cancer society events would be severely hampered. The Award was presented to Sales Manager of Mix 97, Rock 107 and CJBQ Jody Brooker at today’s Chamber of Commerce Breakfast at Ramada.
