Do some good for Mother Nature and participate in the 25th annual Quinte Trash Bash on Saturday.
The community-wide spring cleanup will take place in Belleville, Quinte West, Prince Edward County and Tyendinaga Township.
Residents are invited to clean up roadsides, parks and other public spaces across the Quinte region.
Collected trash can be taken to designated drop-off stations from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to wear personal protective equipment when picking up trash.
Although not required, participants are asked to register online at quintetrashbash.ca to help organizers gauge which areas have been cleaned and how many people are taking part.
