Elexicon Corporation has announced its new president and CEO.
Amanda Klein takes over as the new president and CEO of Elexicon and its subsidiaries, effective May 12.
Klein has spent more than 15 years in the energy and utilities sector, and currently serves as an executive vice president and the chief legal officer for Toronto Hydro.
Speaking about her appointment, Klein says, “Elexicon is at an important and exciting moment. I’m honoured to join and lead this tremendous company as we, together, continue its essential work to deliver safe, reliable, and clean electricity, and leverage its strong foundations to ensure increased value for Elexicon’s customers, communities, and investors.”
Elexicon Energy is a regulated electricity distribution company that delivers electricity to more than 180,000 homes and businesses located in ten municipalities in east central Ontario, including Belleville.
