When asked about what a Conservative government would do to help seniors, Kramp Neuman spoke about her party’s plan to allow seniors to earn up to $34,000 a year without paying income tax.
Audio Player“And then also allowing seniors, keep your retirement savings, your RRSPs, that traditionally you would have to move over to a RIF at 71, we’ve extended that to 73 so that’s an extra feature as well. And lastly protecting OAS and GIS and CPP by securing the retirement age at 65.”
“He is fair, listening. We don’t always agree. He’s the first one to take constructive criticism. He’s open to ideas. He laughs like the best of us.”
