The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad reports that a federal offender who had been unlawfully at large since early March and was known to frequent the Belleville and Trenton areas, has been apprehended in New York, USA.
Cody Butler was located and arrested by Homeland Security in New York.
Butler is serving a seven-year and 10-month sentence for;
- Traffic in a Schedule I/II Substance x 2
- Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
- Possession for the Purpose of Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 x 2
- Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
- Fail to Comply Order – At Large
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Escape or Being Unlawfully at Large without Excuse
- Material Benefits for Sexual Services
- Assault
- Unlawfully in a Dwelling House
- Assault – Intentional Use of Force
- Mischief
