Prince Edward County OPP have charged an individual following a traffic stop.
At around 6 p.m. on Thursday, officers conducted a traffic stop after an off-duty officer spotted a driver who was known to be on conditions not to occupy the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle.
Forty-one-year-old Mitchell Harrison of Prince Edward County was charged with the following:
- Failure to comply with a release order
- Drive while under suspension – two counts
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on April 30, 2025.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
