Hastings County will be looking at renewing the lease for The Quinte West Community and Human Services office at 91 Creswell Drive in Trenton.
The Hastings County Community and Human Services Committee recommended county council approve renewing the lease at its meeting on Wednesday.
As part of the renewal with DMA Real Estate Holdings, the annual rent would increase from $105,000 to $111,480 plus HST for years one through three of the lease.
Rent would then see an increase to $114,000 plus HST for years four and five.
Council will look at the renewal at a future meeting.
