Belleville native Alexia Roma Bianchi has been named the MVP of the Ottawa University Ski Team.
The soon-to-be 19-year-old graduate of Nicholson Catholic College is completing her first year at Ottawa University where she is studying Human Kinetics.
Ottawa competes on the FIS circuit which is recognized by the International Olympic Committee.
It manages the Olympic disciplines of alpine skiing, cross country skiing, ski jumping, Nordic combined and freestyle skiing and snowboarding.
