Belleville police were at the scene of a single-vehicle collision that saw a vehicle strike a pole.
Police responded to the area of Bell Boulevard and North Park Street at around 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries and the vehicle was deemed “not driveable.”
The 58-year-old man from Belleville was charged with making an improper turn.
