Belleville Fire responded this morning to a fire at Value Village on Bell Blvd.
Firefighters arrived just before 10:30, and were able to quickly isolate the fire to a trash compactor.
Firefighters removed smoke that had made it into the store, and evacuated the plaza as a safety precaution.
No injuries have been reported, and damage was limited to garbage burning inside the compactor.
