Members of Bancroft OPP have arrested one person following a disturbance.
On Monday, March 31, 2025 shortly after 12:30 a.m., officers attended a residence in the Town of Bancroft where it was discovered that a male party had broken a phone and was in breach of his conditions from a release order.
A 30-year-old male from Bancroft has been charged with mischief and two counts of failure to comply with a release order.
The accused was held for bail and released by the courts. He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on May 6, 2025.
