A large cabinet-making shop was destroyed by fire early this morning in the Oak Hills area.
Quinte West firefighters from three stations, along with a crew from Stirling-Rawdon, responded to the
100 block of Golf Course Road at 4:30 to find the shop fully engulfed in flames.
A nearby house was not damaged in the fire.
Quinte West Deputy Fire Chief Rick Caddick tells Quinte News that an investigation into a cause is now underway.
The fire was in an area that had been and still is without power.
