A Belleville man faces serious charges after a 73-year-old woman died after being hit by a vehicle while walking Friday night (March 28).
The collision occurred around 9 p.m. on St. Charles Street in Belleville.
City police arrested a 69-year-old Belleville man, charging him with impaired driving causing death and having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
