One person has been charged in connection with two theft incidents in Brighton.
Northumberland OPP began an investigation on February 23 after receiving a report that someone had stolen an automated cleaning device from a commercial premises on Oliphant Street.
On March 8, staff at a commercial premises on Main Street reported an individual stole almost $1,000 worth of cosmetic products.
Wednesday, staff from one of the businesses recognized the suspect in the area and called police.
OPP arrested Amanda Jackson of Brighton on two counts of theft under $5,000.
The accused is to appear in court at a future date.
