BGHF announced the winners of its most recent draw Thursday with the winner of the East to West Della Terra RV being Langa Mtimkulu from Kanata.
Since its inception, this initiative has raised $1.6 million with funds going towards replacing state-of-the-art oncology equipment at BGH.
More than 4,200 tickets were sold for the draw, the first of four super draws planned for the year.
Other winners were:
50/50 draw: Joanna Bendayan of Dunrobin who took home a prize of $12,340.
$10,000 travel voucher from Blowes Stewart Travel: Larry Pinard from Etobicoke.
The Corvette Super Draw kicks off next month, featuring an extraordinary Stingray valued at over $134,000.
“Every ticket sold brings us one step closer to providing hope and advanced care for patients battling cancer,” said Steven Cook, Executive Director of Belleville General Hospital Foundation. “Our diverse group of players—from Kanata to Etobicoke—demonstrates the broad community support that makes these initiatives possible. We are immensely grateful to our partners, including Carl Cox RV, Peter Smith GM, and Bay Marine, for their generous contributions across all draws. In these uncertain economic times, your continued support is vital to keeping our regional healthcare services strong.”
