Three men from Brampton are facing charges following a theft investigation in Belleville.
Around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, police received a call from a Bell Boulevard business, stating that two people left without paying for merchandise.
Nearby city police stopped a vehicle and occupants were charged.
Inside the vehicle were numerous bottles of liquor, along with stolen power tools from another business.
A 48-year-old, a 22-year-old, and a 31-year-old are all charged with possession of property and theft under $5,000.
The 31-year-old is also charged with breach of probation.
