The NDP has announced its candidate for Bay of Quinte riding.
Picton small business owner, community organizer, and mother of four, Kate Crothers, will represent the NDP.
A long-time resident in the area Crothers is the founder of Crothers and Co., an interiors, garden, and floral studio.
The party says she is well aware of the challenges faced by families and knows the importance of hard work and creative problem solving.
The election is scheduled for Monday April 28.
