The OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit has charged three people and seized illegal drugs in the Bath area of Loyalist Township.
An investigation resulted in search warrants being executed at two locations on Academy Street on Thursday, February 20, 2025, involving Street Crime Unit officers, the OPP Emergency Response Team and the Canine Unit. Four people were taken into custody.
Officers seized a quantity of suspected cocaine as well as items typically associated with drug trafficking.
Brandy Gallagher, age 46 of Loyalist Township, Verold Robinson, age 67 of South Frontenac Township, and Cody Thibeault, age 38 of Loyalist Township are each charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Gallagher is additionally charged with trafficking in a Schedule 1 substance.
All three accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on April 22, 2025.
A fourth individual was released unconditionally, pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
