Belleville City Council passed the final approvals for Phase 5 and Phase 6 of the Riverstone subdivision in Thurlow Ward at its meeting on Monday.
Phase 5 will connect Essex Drive to Scott Drive and will also create a new east-west street named Springwater Court that connects to Essex Drive at the northern end, just south of Scott Drive.
This expansion would lead to the creation of 25 new residential units.
As for Phase 6, it would extend Athabaska Drive east of Peace River Street and connect with Fortis Drive leading to the creation of 26 new residential units.
