The Bancroft OPP have charged one person following an altercation.
Monday, shortly after 11:00 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in Hastings Highlands. One person was arrested at the scene.
Douglas Armstrong, a 37-year-old from Hastings Highlands, has been charged with assault and mischief under $5,000.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and released with conditions and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on February 4, 2025.
