Speeding resulted in a more serious charge for a Picton man on Monday morning.
A Belleville police officer was conducting speed enforcement on Harmony Road around 10:30 when they stopped a vehicle travelling 31 km/hr over the posted speed limit.
The subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was suspended.
A 30-year-old unidentified male was charged with driving while suspended and speeding.
He was issued a summons for a traffic court date in March.
