Belleville council will be asked to approve a new condo development today.
The project is at 99 Cloverleaf Drive which is north of Millennium Parkway between Sidney Street and Highway 62.
It is for 25 townhouse units that will be in seven different buildings on the property.
The Northgate Condominiums project will be up for discussion at the meeting this afternoon beginning at 4:00 p.m..
