Belleville City Council approved a request for exemption from Condominium Review from GCL Developments Ltd. at its meeting on Monday.
The company is building 25 townhouse units in seven separate buildings on property located at 99 Cloverleaf Drive in Belleville to be called Northgate Condominium.
99 Cloverleaf Drive is north of Millennium Parkway between Sidney Street and Highway 62.
In a report to council, city staff said they had no objection to the owner’s request for an exemption from condominium review for the development.
They recommended that Northgate Condominiums move straight to final condominium approval once the necessary plans are finalized.
