Correctional Service Canada says a package containing contraband and unauthorized items was seized at Collins Bay Institution on New Year’s Day.
Items seized included tobacco, marijuana, shatter (cannabis concentrate), Oxycontin pills, a cell phone and cell phone accessories.
The total estimated institutional value of this seizure is $77,000.
