Belleville has released its final building report of 2024, looking at the construction in the city for December.
Construction in the city was way up, with 31 permits issued with a total value of $5,159,070. This more than doubles the value of December 2023’s construction of $2,364,650.
Eight of the permits issued were for new residential constructions.
Over the year of 2024, 75 permits were issued for new residential constructions, with a value of $116,672,367.
