One person is dead and another person is wounded after a collision north of Kingston.
Ontario Provincial Police say first responders rushed to the scene of a vehicle collision on Rosedale Road, north of the Village of Sydenham around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
They say a youth from Kingston was pronounced dead at the scene and another pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators say a 57-year-old’s driver’s licence was suspended after they gave a breathalyzer test, where their blood alcohol concentration was in the warning range between 0.05 and 0.079.
