Quinte West has released their building stats for December 2024.
Sixty permits were issued, which included 30 new residential units. The majority of the units were for single-family units, with one apartment and five townhouse units. The permits have a combined value of $19 million.
Construction is up compared to December 2023. The year before, only 40 permits were issued in December.
Construction was increased in Quinte West in 2024, compared to 2023. A total of 680 permits were issued with a combined value of $203 million. The year before in 2023, only 617 permits were issued with a value of $145 million.
