Two males are facing charges after breaking into a Hydro One field in Oshawa.
On Monday, December 30, 2024, at approximately 10 a.m., members of East Division responded to a break and enter at the Hydro One field, located at 2745 Townline Road. Two males cut numerous locks and entered several buildings located on a Hydro One field in an attempt to steal supplies. Officers located both suspects on the property and took them into custody without incident.
David Martin, age 28 from Oshawa, is charged with: break and enter, mischief under $5000, attempt theft under $5000, and possess break-in instruments.
Stefan Miceli, age 44 from Oshawa, is charged with: break and enter, mischief under $5000, attempt theft under $5000, and possess break-in instruments.
Both males were released on an undertaking.
