Breach of probation
On December 30, 2024 shortly before 10 p.m., Belleville police were called to an east end address for a report of a breach of probation. Upon arrival, police spoke to a female that informed them that her ex had contacted her and breached his probation order. Through investigation, police further learned that the male was wanted on two warrants for nine previous breach of probation charges. The 42-year-old Belleville male was located by police in the area and was arrested. He was held for a bail hearing on December 31, 2024.
Breach of conditions
On December 31, 2024 shortly after midnight, Belleville police were called to an east end address for reports of a domestic dispute. Police learned through investigation that there had been previous domestic disputes at that address and a male associated to that address was on conditions not to communicate with a female who resides there, stemming from a previous domestic-related charge.
